Ashok Thomas
Ashok was one of the early PR practitioners in the country and has more than 23 years’ experience in this field. Having founded ADROIT in 1996 – the second pure play PR agency in Chennai – he has serviced clients across varied business verticals that have included brick and mortar establishments, start-up companies, NGO’s and has also worked on assignments across the political spectrum.
A keen student of current trends, Ashok’s well-honed sense of news value allows him to strategize relevant approaches to the media with the story that best represents his clients’ positions. With his ability to see the big picture from short and long term perspectives, Ashok has managed crises and designed damage control exercises across the years for large corporates and politicians.
